Bajaj Motorcycles

Bajaj is a large Indian manufacturer of auto rickshaw, motorscooters and motorcycles. Founded in 1945, its first venture was in selling two and three wheelers that were imported. By 1959, they had obtained a license to start manufacturing their own product.

In 1960, the company was floated to the public. In 1995, Bajaj produced its ten millionth vehicle.
