Yankee Motorcycles

Yankee Motor Company (Ossa) was founded in 1969. The Yankee motorcycle is a motorcycle which was produced in Schenectady, New York by the Yankee Motor Company. This company was started by John Taylor, a long-time resident of that area. There had previously been two other producers that had used the Yankee name.

The bikes were produced in New York. The bike used an engine from the OSSA motorcycle firm in Spain.

The Yankee frame and running gear were produced in the US, and the entire motorcycle was assembled in the Yankee plant in Schenectady.
